Greg Tily at Edge Home Finance

Gregory Tily graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point with a degree in economics and was a 4-year Varsity Lacrosse letterman. After being commissioned as an Army Officer, he attended the U.S. Army Aviation Flight School and graduated as an Apache Helicopter Pilot. Over his 20 years in the Army, Greg served in numerous leadership positions, planned multiple large-scale operations, and served three combat tours earning two Bronze Stars and four Air Medals. Upon retiring, Greg wanted to find more ways to continue to serve and found his answer in the mortgage lending industry.

During his time in the service, Greg’s passion was taking care of Soldiers and accomplishing the mission. Greg brings integrity, attention to detail, and effective communication to his role as a Mortgage Banker. He understands each of his clients is unique and will work hard to help identify their immediate and long-term financial goals. Utilizing all the products and programs available, Greg will then determine the best mortgage product for each of his clients. He prides himself in seamlessly navigating his client’s step by step through the mortgage process. Greg strives to provide the highest level of customer service as they pursue one of the most important investments of their lifetime.


Greg resides in Oldsmar, FL with his wife and two daughters. Outside of work, he is active in all types of sports and enjoys anything related to personal fitness and competition.

Elizabeth Hole at Van Dyke Mortgage

A Florida native born in Pinellas County, Elizabeth began her mortgage career in 2000 as a processor. She joined VanDyk Mortgage in 2010 as a senior loan processor specializing in government loans. She began a mortgage originator in 2011 and is currently working in one of the largest Keller Williams offices in Florida.She always enjoys helping her clients with making one of the biggest decisions of their lives – purchasing a home!
