Founder

Kathryn "Kate" Donadio is an entrepreneur, advocate, and philanthropist committed to providing actionable solutions to modern problems. Kate moved to Tampa Bay from the Baltimore, MD area in 2015 after graduating college with dual degree honors. She is also the co-founder and CMO of Dolomites Consulting Group and My City Cowork, and Founder of Sunshine State of Living, and Ms Nautica lifestyle brands.

Passionate about helping people reach their goals, she's developed a history of success in marketing, training, and consulting for a variety of clients in various industries. Kate truly understands the client experience, communicating every step of the way, and using the latest technology to ensure smooth transactions.
